Shipping & pickup

Local pickup is free, in the Metro Detroit area. The address and pickup window are emailed once the batch is rolled.

Shipping is a flat rate within the continental US, free over the threshold shown at checkout. Boxes go out the day after the batch is rolled, which is usually two to four days after a drop closes.

Because everything is made after the drop closes, there is no same-day or express option. If a box needs to arrive by a specific date, write before you order and Prasi will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

We do not currently ship outside the continental US.

Refund policy

These are freshly made foods with no preservatives, so boxes cannot be returned once they have left the kitchen.

If a box arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, email within 7 days of delivery with a photo and Prasi will replace it in the next batch or refund it — your choice.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the drop closes, because nothing has been made yet. After the drop closes, ingredients have been bought and weighed against your box.

Allergen information

Every signature product lists its allergens on its product page and on the box. The custom builder generates an allergen summary from your own selections as you build, and that summary is printed on your box.

Cross contact. Because all of it happens in one kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from an allergen that is handled there — even if that allergen is not in your recipe. If you or someone in your household has a severe allergy, please take that seriously when deciding whether to order.

Gluten. We do not claim any product is gluten free. Wheat flour is used in some recipes and handled in the kitchen, and we do not currently have the preparation controls or testing that a gluten free claim would require.

Children. These laddoos are dense and most contain ground nuts. Parents should consider a child’s age, allergies, dietary needs, ability to safely chew nuts and dense foods, and appropriate portion size.

Privacy policy

We collect what is needed to make and send you a box: your name, email address, optional phone number, delivery address if you are shipping, and anything you tell us in an order note. If you save a custom recipe, we store the recipe and the name you gave it.

We use that information to fulfil your order, to answer you, and — only if you asked for it — to email you when a drop opens. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services needed to run the kitchen, such as payment processing and shipping.

Terms

Ordering from Dhivi & Co. means you accept these terms. Prices, box sizes, ingredient availability, and drop dates can change between drops; what you see at the moment you order is what applies to your order.

Batches are limited. Placing an order during an open drop reserves a box while stock lasts; if a batch sells out or an ingredient becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund in full rather than substitute without asking.
